the hotels location is fifty metres from a great little coffee shop for breakfast and a close enough walk to many of the city's attractions

my kids were out in less than 10 minutes after laying down

it was mostly clean, there was a gym. breakfast was ok.

the location was good not in the center of downtown and close to the casino and shops.

for those who like to keep their fitness up while on vacation, this hotel as one of the better gyms i've ever seen

you get old stained towels when requesting on demand room service since it is not done daily anymore

she told me there was room service but when i begin to order it said that room service wasn t available

i chose to stay far off bourbon to avoid this as we have 3 kids and i m a light sleeper

frequent noise throughout our stay; sounded like a laundry chute or trash drop; kept hearing a metal flapping door; i mentioned it at checkout; staff

that they dont have room service/house services.

kids saw a mouse running around near the kitchen in the atrium

room service was terrible

nothing although minor issue with wifi on laptop in the room but fine in the lobby.

location is awesome, next door to a casino

shut off is also the overall cleanliness is a little shaky but really bad was the hot tub in the spa

disappointed that the hotel restaurant and bar are closed on monday and tuesday.

slept the night before at the westin which was a 1/3rd of the price and as good with a nice bar and food experience

there was no pool, which i had not noticed when i booked the hotel, so if traveling with kids that may be a downside for you

my kids were with me and on the way home we began discussing odd things that happened during our stay

and he is going to tell us to be quiet while we walking out and in to the hotel like we were some kids or some

two of my kids slepted on the floor

they accommodated my early check in request and stowed my bags while i waited

breakfast have a decent variety of food

the breakfast was delicious and my overall stay was excellent
