appreciate the airport shuttle service and the friendly staff

the sushi bar and the bar in the lobby. i did not llike the treatment.

super clean hotel, excellent breakfast and staff was on point.

policy and still took our money and did the booking we drove 10 hrs and wasted another 2 hrs with kids in the lobby stay

poor sound isolation - kids in a neighboring room loudly ran around till 11pm, we could not fall asleep early

room with king size bed, swimming pool, laundry for guest, excellent wifi, good breakfast, free shuttle for the airport and the metro

should be able to eat at dining room especially if kitchen is closed.

would have liked to see more trach cans in the room, especially in the bathroom and kitchen area

shuttle to harvard square

staff was friendly and free shuttle service made life easier

the hotel website stated there was airport shuttle service but i called the night before to find out that wasn't available

took kids to museum of science and my husband met a friend for celtics game so the location was perfect

i liked that the gym was on the top floor (light) and 24 hour accessible

loved the scooter and camera for kids

the kids really enjoyed the back elevator for access to the cambridge mall

the restaurant and bar were comfortable and the food was great

breakfast staff was excellent, they served our meal with a smile and the food was delicious

room, we ended up getting one with a kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise

we were able to get an early check in and the front desk and valet were very friendly and accommodating

the location was in good proximity to salem. the desk staff and bar staff were very friendly.

was no breakfast or room service but the front desk did provide us with hot coffee every morning

upset over the marijuana but because i had children with me it very upsetting that i brought my kids to a hotel that allowed drugs
