they printed off driving directions for us to the golf course and answered any questions we had

she called my room at least 10 times in the middle of the night harassing me and waking my kids up about the charge

we had kids with us very upsetting to us all

room service was every three days unless requested otherwise

parking was also very easy

the front desk personnel to the room service, this hotel hands down is one of the best hotels i have stayed at

great stay, kids water park feature with the pool was exactly what we were looking for.

the staff was awesome and they allowed me early check in.

the staff was very very friendly and accommodating to our early check in request

told the pool was open but come to find out it was closed and then couldn't even have a suite with a
