whirlpool was not working

the breakfast was great and the location was very accessible.

it was clean and breakfast was not bad

we were pleasantly surprised at how much of a variety there was for breakfast and it all tasted so good

the breakfast was okay…bananas had brown all over skin, and the scrambled eggs were watery

clean, friendly, amazing gathering area for breakfast and to chat, good breakfast

i didn’t try the gym but it was available & spacious as well

because of covid-19 we fid not get the benefit of a continental breakfast

i could not reach the cabinets in the kitchen

the mini kitchen is also useful if you want to cook food

pool was down for maintenance

a pool would have been great but not a necessity

wasn't aware that the hotel pool was not accessible

website shows a pool. there isn't one. that's why we chose this. hot tub was dirty

pool was closed, i was not informed when i checked in on the reservation it clearly states the pool

love everything great place to stay and great bar and pool staff is great as well

price was good. pool was nice and open 10a to 10p. no problem getting a late check out.

a bit more variety for breakfast

they put me down the end of the hallway were the laundry was and storage area and loud and dirty

the spa is permanently closed but was not updated on the website

love the breakfast in the morning, plus the pool

pool heater was not working, so we could not swim.

when we asked in the am for more towels to shower we were told they were in the middle of doing laundry

breakfast was bagged and nothing i could eat but my kids liked it.

my kids loved the pool

due to the current economy, food and bar services are greatly decreased in the area.

clean rooms, bar and restaurant were also clean, food was great

no breakfast no coffee no bar no restaurant limited front desk access. too long to check in

the bar and grill were closed.

while they advertised a bar and restaurant, neither was functioning and we were still charged the full price

my 18 yr old enjoyed the gym

clean and quiet. comfortable bed and lots of hot water. gym was open.

loved the breakfast except i couldnt get a waffle because someone turned the waffle maker off.

shower, quick load of laundry and a refreshing night of sleep

the property is well lit inside and out, my room was amazingly clean as usual, and breakfast was great

breakfast a nice lady asked every day if i wanted a waffle and then made fresh made ones

friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast

once or twice but pork in eggs the days they had turkey sausage so i couldn t enjoy a good breakfast

that there is no indoor pool.

the room was kind of small. nothing for kids to do on a cold winter day.
