bed, fluffy pillows, delicious breakfast and that shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower was genius

also liked that the breakfast buffet was hot and open until 9:30

we were allowed a late check out which helped up tremendously

and they have a nice indoor pool

i would like to have seen a hot tub in the pool area, but no complaints

i gave back my dirty laundry every time

room was very well designed and the kitchen facilities were an added bonus that we were not expecting

convenient location, kitchen area, quiet for most part

kitchen wasn’t supplied with soap, dishwasher detergent or sponge/ towel

we love: the design of the rooms the cleanliness the breakfast the staff the location

perhaps it may have been laundry

the rooms were beautiful and clean the hotel staff was excellent. the pool was also really nice.

pool was closed and when checkout came there were no carts to take our belongings down in one trip

breakfast costing almost 13 each person

i called the front desk and the employee immediately changed my room and even offered a free breakfast voucher

we were only there for one night, never had a chance to go to the pool or anything so can not review that

and pool was clean with many towels available

pool out of service, construction ongoing in the lobby and high level of dust and dirt in the

run down, but it is the best of the in town options with all of the stuff you want (ie gym, pool, starbucks, location, food)

rooftop bar is amazing! staff was very friendly and helpful. free parking is a plus!

breakfast was warm and served by personable staff member

quiet, clean, comfortable bed, nice tv reception, good parking near the room.

parking lot was dark. needs more lighting.

the parking lot was full but it was a busy weekend. not a complaint.

we didn't use the free shuttle over to the casino, we ended up using the casinos valet parking but will definitely use the hotel shuttle service next time
