the pool was not clean. the tiles joints were dirty.

comfortable hotel, clean. room service was good and staff were courteous.

3-the receptionist failed to leave an open voucher, so every food consumption, even room service had to be paid on the spot

and the swimming pool outside, they make warm which it very nice

on a complete refurbished historical cathedral building with outstanding facilities (rooftop pool and bar, indoor garden terrace)

the property itself is beyond words: amazing pool with a one of a kind view, beautiful decor and details that it doesn’t even feel like a

loved it. beautiful rooms, excellent pool and gym, great breakfast. just great.

in puebla that we only had one meal in the restaurant downstairs (as opposed to the one by the pool), and that meal was an unremarkable late breakfast
