staff friendly, clean rooms, nice pool

soft clean beds spacious room with amenities and breakfast

they kept the breakfast stocked, even when folks came in late, which i appreciate

clean, close to restaurants, great breakfast, well lit parking, great rate

i liked everything in the room but did not like the breakfast meal in the bag.

pool looked clean except for guests that left beer cans on the ground even though there's a trash

nicely renovated and clean room. pool was open. location was close to everything

especially trent who showed us around and mercedes at breakfast were very memorable

while so many hotels are no longer providing room service, the hotel emma is superior at offering outstanding food choices all day and night

the a/c, laundry machine running at night, and ice machine were loud

we were greeted by the most friendly staff which helped us with anything we needed from our laundry to getting water and coffee

there was no laundry.

close to airport, the shuttle took me at 4:30am as requested

only problem i experienced was the pool sign says that it's open from 6a-11p, so i took my kids out about 7:30a while the sun was down and the pool wasn't opened

wifi is confusing

did not like the idea of having to pay for wifi when at other hotels around same area have it for free

the pool was great because i have small kids and it didn't have deep side

bar & grille had no grill

the only problem we had was either the wifi was down or it keep going down.

lovely bar with great country vibe. super historic building. comfortable rooms. great staff

the rooms are a bit small with kids would have liked it to be a little bigger

the kids pulled them too far and they almost slipped too far off the track
