the free breakfast and the swimming pools

pancake machine needed refilled i ask the staff that was in the laundry room for help and she was not very helpful all i got was how busy she was and she was doing

when i asked for towels they could not find the key for the laundry and we never got additional towels on day 2

just wwnt akiing to whitwface mountain we stayed with our two kids 10 and 12 it was good after day skiing we went in tge pool and used jacuzzi it was clean

pool was clean and the kids loved it even though it was out of service a few times

cabin was clean and fully equipped the grill outside worked great and beautiful view of the golf

on a nice spring, summer, or fall day, it'd be a pretty walk with the golf course nearby and a beautiful view of the mountains

wasn’t ready for hours, no bar or food service on monday or tuesday, exploitation of parking restrictions for guests to charge

location was ideal, staff super friendly . rooftop bar was amazing

we loved the parking right outside the room

i had concerns about the wifi reliability as i needed to do some quick work during my visit

parking was not the best but it was winter

this hotel is conveniently located with off street parking

manager was always available, parking was easy, the room was clean, there was a jacuzzi bathtub as well as a shower, there were

pool and outdoor facilities are amazing

we had the perfect view of lake placid and whiteface mountain, with access to the pool, dock, paddle boards and kayaks

the pool area was awesome

we enjoy the pool and canoe! great location.

at the pool would be great and there were certain parts of the room that need some tlc - just a quick fix
