we likes the pool and the cleanness of the room and hotel. we also like the location.

was clean, plenty of towels, a lot of parking spots, free wi-fi and movies, close to quality grocery & convenience stores, very friendly

they even still kept the breakfast going just set up differently following the rules with the covid-19

hotel is perfect in everyway - the value is unbelievable - hot breakfast to order in the morning, awesome suites with separate living room from bedroom area,

the separate bedroom so i can study for my nursing exam i was able to relax and distress while kids played in front room

the pool was small but did entertain the kids. the room smelled like old a/c.

old funicular on the golf course was falling apart

the restaurant overlooking the golf course and water feature is an absolute dream for a morning breakfast or an evening dinner

and the spa and golf course gave my husband and i a little bit of alone time which was awesome

i stayed there during the covid-19 pandemic, lots of the facilities were available such as pool, breakfast buffet etc

i was given a motel instead that did not have a gym, restaurant, and my door opened to a street and the window pointed to the freeway

gym outside the facility is not good enough though it's just the next building to the hotel across

the staff was very friendly and having asian style breakfast was nice.

the staff was friendly, the gym was well equipped, they had a small store for some essentials in the lobby

pool not heated

main elevator was broken the pool area needs to be sprayed down daily; it was very dirty

not sure what the laws are but not cool when we are staying with kids

not a huge deal but i wish they had a heated pool

the staff were delightful and very accomodating with early check in and late check out.

the pool and hot tub had been completed, it seems like they have been working on this for a very long

only a couple of laundry machines.

hotel had a pool, but it was not available to use because of it being painted and renovated

things like the pool was not heated and the that it's located in a chinese area

everything was perfect very clean had a gym and pool. underground parking was a plus.

pool had too much chlorine and the light inside pool was floating, which seemed like a safety

im just talking, east of the pool needs a one way only sign

laundry closed too early

there should be a change machine for laundry room to help customers not have to search far

i used the laundry the dryer needs a warm hug
