they had plenty of space to park boats

cleanliness, the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast choices and laundry facilities on site

we didn't use the laundry or gym but both looked clean and nice

no plastic bag for used laundry

when i needed to ask about laundry detergent i had to yell down halls for someone to get there attention

kids party the night before and the parents didn't clean up after them

the pool was filled with 16 year olds doing gymnastics in the water and diving with no regard for the younger children trying to enjoy

a bit more variety for breakfast

breakfast was very limited- very disappointed

the only helpful, friendly staff member was the guy in the laundry

pool was closed, i was not informed when i checked in on the reservation it clearly states the pool

she allowed an early check in because we came to town for a funeral and needed to change for the service before

my kids loved the complimentary hot cocoa (they also had coffee and tea) in the lobby

only thing we wish they had was some sort of hot meat with breakfast

we must have had a room above us with a bunch of kids, a lot of noise.

breakfast was bagged and nothing i could eat but my kids liked it.

on 4th floor needed vacuumed as did laundry room

pool wasnt 24 hours like the gym. could have been more of a selection for breakfast.

the bed was the most comfortable. two tv, great shower, full kitchen, very clean,

because of covid-19 we fid not get the benefit of a continental breakfast

when i first got to my room i saw crumbs on the kitchen counter, hand prints all over the body mirror, and a very bad odor in the kitchen

breakfast was full of cooked selections, and the fresh oatmeal and raisons was really good
