pool is a little small but none the less it’s a lovely indoor pool and outdoor grill/hang out

rooms are family friendly studios with kitchen and separate living area

breakfast was good. it was clean and peaceful. worth the pay

the breakfast had bacon instead of sausage and it was longer till at least 10:00 a

room had everything i needed, plenty of space between the kitchen and living room area made it a comfortable stay

although we didn’t make use of the gym or laundry room, we did pass them and they looked clean

decor was exceptional and the suite was very spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked unlike the other

laundry area has missing and inoperable machines, the pantry was bare-nothing really good to grab

clean and orderly with updated rooms. the breakfast was excellent.

the best part of all was the effort made for us to have breakfast as promised and generous

the property had breakfast it was very clean and in a great location

the cleaning staff was not allowed in our rooms so we had to put laundry and garbage outside our doors in the hallway

every thing was great from check in to check out. breakfast was an added bonus.

we love the design and plan to come for a few days to see richmond and play some golf

too bad i didn't have time to play the golf course right next door
