hotel is not in downtown, however the shuttle downtown made it worth staying at this location.

only thing was the bar wasn't open, but it was very nice that they had beverages available in the lobby

they had a laundry area where i was able to dry my clothes after riding that maid of the mist in niagra falls

had an old laundry smell

i went to the onsite bar and the staff, drinks and food were very good

parking was somewhat limited

it would be great that the hotel had more amenities like spa, or room service

the rooms and architecture where absolutely amazing. bar is very nice and location is great!
