the room was amazing and people were having so much fun in the pool

and requested we not take back to our room, although 2 of our kids were sick

we didn't eat breakfast but our room was great staff was awesome and pool area, very clean

smelled like mildew, the ac unit did not work, the drawers in the room were filled with dirty laundry, no phone in the room, loud music and people walking around in the parking lot late at

parking fills up

did not like the small parking lot and the fact that you couldn't park in many of the spaces.

staff was so accommodating and friendly, right down to the breakfast staff

very practical, served our needs, busy, solid breakfast, friendly staff.

pool was small and hot tub didn’t work.

king suite was huge. had everything we needed, and breakfast was served

rooms were really clean, quiet location and secure. breakfast was pretty good.

the morning breakfast has become a joke

we overslept and missed the free breakfast, once we discovered this, a member of the staff went out of his way to get us some fresh

bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need

the kitchen chairs were all torn.

heated pools, they gave us plenty of towels (no questions asked), kitchen, dishes, bbq pit, picnic tables, in the comal river, employees wear masks, great lighting,

at the resort they have them with kitchens and with out charcoal grills everywhere

didn’t like the fact that there was no staff checking the pool to see if there were too many people in one

the pool was great and so fun for a late night swim

just that i couldn't find pepper at breakfast time.

pool was not available and the last stay one of the elevators stopped working and had to wait with
