the tropical location, the amenities, the food, the plunge pool in our room, the beach, the architecture, and most of all the staff, everyone was was friendly

the hotel was full and the pool seem overcrowded, they do have another pool in the golf area but you need to take the trolley which isn't as convenient with small kids
