parking was simple

the entrance and extra parking for visitors was a bit confusing

the laundry room was clean and functioned very well

location is across the street from where i am working and parking is included in the rate, saving me $12 a day

the parking was extremely convenient, the staff were very happy, friendly and helpful, and the room,

enjoyed the gym facilities

tell if it was a cafeteria (ie self serve, stand at the counter & order) style cafe or a bar or a sit-down restaurant

no gym, nothing availed to relax

bar mason restaurant offers a small selection of food and they are expensive

room was large, with a neat, small little kitchenette

swimming pool looked attractive; good gym set-up; laundry room well-equipped

the guest laundry (coin laundromat) is particularly helpful

it was good. kids like the pancakes

kids running up and down the hallway until 1 am

been cleaned no towels had to return twice to front desk to get proper towels, no garbage bags or laundry bags in

easy access to guelph. great pool and putt golf to entertain the kids. good and varied breakfast

the pool was clean and warm and the breakfast was great (with a little mini-golf for the kids while you sip your coffee)

after the kids went to their rooms, they left towels , chairs, and the golf clubs laying on the ground outside in a beautiful patio setting

the room is spacious, clean, courteous staff, excellent breakfast

wished the bowling alley and mini golf were actually functional

the basement with the mini golf, bowling alley and arcade is always amazing for the kids!

homemade mini golf was ok and arcade was a disappointment some machines took out money

all the bowling , table tennis , mini golf are paid

arcades and golf and table tennis and bowling should be free and should be scheduled for each room that booked

if we had known there was a kitchen and a refrigerator we would have brought some groceries and made our own meal

could do with a 30 minute extension on the breakfast time

breakfast could have been slightly better - fruit was not in great shape, no gluten free options,

full sized fridge and kitchen were nice

they didnt but the staff member working offered to get my daughter milk and juice from the kitchen at no charge

was gross kids screaming through the halls and staff didnt seem to care kept up all night tournament next

kids running in the hall all hours of the night

i was kept up most of night with kids running in hall, knocking on doors, yelling

they had a great breakfast spread !

rate for cleanliness, had 1st floor, no need for elevator or stairs, breakfast choices good, excellent

golf staff

the pool was way too cold for myself and my 2.5 yr old.

staff friendly breakfast and available dinner, bar pool and gym location

my granddaughters were very happy, especially with the pool.

my husband and son enjoyed the pool and i used the gym

none of the stuff mention that we have guest laundry facilities

free continental breakfast was the best that we’ve had at any private or chain hotel which included breakfast

bigger gym facility would have been nice, but i am glad there was an equipment room on premise

would like to see reusable cutlery and dishes in the breakfast area, as all the waste from disposable is upsetting to see, but i do understand that it's

there was a half hour wait for the laundry

the parking lot can be difficult depending on the direction you are coming from

nice place for the business trip. bruce bar for a dinner and drink - to recomend

i spoke to the kids and told them to stop

we ate at the bar and the bar tender was very accommodating

stayed while our kids were playing sports. great value for the money.
