breakfast variety wasnt quite be what we've seen in other places

parking lot was a little confusing. hard to get into

entrance/exit was a bit weird, and the parking seems to fill up rather quickly, even though my visit was during the week, so i'd imagine

there were kids running the hall for a bit when we first arrived. (not any fault of the staff.) (-) however, i know i had a long day and 5 kids to get settled in, and for all i know she had a long day of dealing with customers (-) annoying when you have to be so e were and need to get the kids fed (+) it was good for us, because my teenage kids preferred the late breakfast (-) noisy kids next door

very informative and the breakfast had a really good spread compared to other hotels i have stayed in

customer service, they accommodated an early check in which was great since we were headed to nashville for the day and didn't return

i didn’t use the gym but it looked nice as well

hip but not pretentious! welcoming. loved the gym.

they also had a bar & a pool table in the same open area

room was very clean the bar had great service and there were restaurants close by that you could walk to

however, this would not keep us from rebooking at this hotel, kids can be messy

pool was small! the staff complained about our kids.

bed was comfortable, tv was large and had all the services, staff was friendly, clean and the breakfast was
