no railing to get in to indoor pool

pool and spa services, food and drink services were all excellent

parking right outside the room

parking at night was too far from the main building........husband has difficulty walking.

spa was amazing, great massage, great pools

grounds and golf was good

pool was great, golf course was beautiful and it was close to hiking

amazing scent welcomes you amazing staff,wants a quiet place with spa,romantic,family friendly,golf, it's

resort with two pools, a golf course, ski hills, a winery, and reasonably good food

good food friendly staff and very comfortable bed! golf course was very challenging and fun

the entrance and extra parking for visitors was a bit confusing

the parking was extremely convenient, the staff were very happy, friendly and helpful, and the room,

the laundry room was clean and functioned very well

bar mason restaurant offers a small selection of food and they are expensive

bar mason food was great

tell if it was a cafeteria (ie self serve, stand at the counter & order) style cafe or a bar or a sit-down restaurant

there is a restaurant called bar mason that is inside the hotel next to the lobby

guard that did absolutely nothing, even when teenagers came in and were extremely rowdy with tiny kids swimming around the

mini bar fridge runs all night

no towels at pool kids had walk to room wet

disappointment for the kids and

room service never came for cleaning if we asked then they said room service doesn't clean room

great, love the colours, it had a pool, gym, & good breakfast, that is what i expect when going on a trip with my kids

the pool was very clean and well maintained

laundry was cheap

same comment i always make, the pool was cold.

the pool was clean and warm and the breakfast was great (with a little mini-golf for the kids while you sip your coffee)

after the kids went to their rooms, they left towels , chairs, and the golf clubs laying on the ground outside in a beautiful patio setting

enjoyed the late check out option as we didn't get to check in until much later than expected

rooms having a little kitchenette in them, access to pool an gym during the hour's, all staff make u feel very welcome an

no wifi

i like that they have a spa available

coffee, ad was way better than what was delivered you better like an old farmhouse with very poor wifi

no wifi in our room

the location was peaceful and breakfast was great
