kids didn't like the salt water swimming pool

breakfast, no upgrade options provided, had to repeatedly ask for things that weren't explained (gym, pool, cost of breakfast, menu for the restaurant, payment, parking)

only thing was bar food not as good as restaurant

at bar ignored us so we walked elsewhere to get coffee

the cafe bar with easy food was all we needed so didn’t use the restaurant

great breakfast and the location is incredible in isla

pool of the hotel was disappointing very small a a bit claustrophobic being underground

yes its quirky, yes the room i had was small as was the balcony , yes the breakfast is a bit samey but the welcome and helpfulness from rachael on reception was excellent

the pool was tiny and the parking was down the hill.

no - all good. a swimming pool or gym would have been ideal.

while it was not swimming season the pool was too shallow for swimming if people wanted to .

room service good and it is literally 5 minutes walk to the beach which is great and a lovely beach

we had to leave on the second day so we did not get to explore the area or use the swimming pool the staff were so helpful and kind in helping us to get home urgently

spa bath was great and robes felt very luxurious

wifi was brilliant and very fast enabling streaming of movies etc

proximity to beach and shopping, spaciousness of suite, access to the gym and pool at health spa next door

we came back after the bar had closed for the evening, but the staff member still served us and made us feel welcome

soundproofing and room right above bar so noisy until 1

only one member of staff for bar and reception. was very busy. service for breakfast not great
