pool was cold, since it’s not on the sunny side

breakfast wasn’t very good.

breakfast could have been better the scramble eggs and boiled eggs were cold and also the coffee

found after we arrived in our room some broken glass in my kids sheets and some broken glass in the kitchen

the kitchen was big and had everything i needed to cook meals

we were right on the beach with pool hot tub and a bar very nice place to stay.

easy check in and check out process, the price was great and we loved being able to cook in the kitchen

i had a full kitchen in my room and all the pans, dishes,silverware etc was included

convenient to walk to pier park places to eat plus it has a hot tub plus a heated pool or a reg pool very clean

location and room (like a home, full kitchen, full size refrigerator,), exceptional staff

the kitchen was well stocked with utensils

outdoor movies by the pool were an awesome bonus

no amenities like for kids and teenagers, no restaurants no verity of snacks for kids

the balcony was a nice covered area that offered the views of the beach and resort pool/ spa area

my family traveling from another state had already reserved a golf cart only to find out we couldn't bring the cart on site

mini golf so close

easy to get to shopping mini golf and places to eat

only the laundry facilities. no complaints on anything else.

beds were super comfortable, pool area was fun for the kids plus they have a bar right next to the pool for adult drinks

room service was poor, pool and gym was closed.

maybe clean the pool more often. filled with sand.

only given 30 minute extra time of late check out

cleanliness, great breakfast, hotel staff very nice & accommodating, price was reasonable for the location of hotel

and we appreciated the golf cart rides to and from the parking lot, although the few times we walked through the tunnel

parking , to far to walk. need extra golf carts

they also have people who will drive you to the parking lot and pick you up from there in golf carts

they did have golf carts during the day time hours to take you to your car and back to hotel

they do have a golf cart to shuttle folks so it was ok, but sometimes they were already taken and we had to walk

the street, tons of restaurants within walking distance as well as ripley's, go karts, mini golf and a ton of other things

told us we could park the golf cart and even gave a parking pass and then woke up to it towed

no golf cart on property rule and the aur conditioner in our room sucked the compressor never kicked

this is an out of the way location, located along the bay and on a golf course, so it is very quiet

i thought i was going to be bay front with a garden view, but instead we were in the back by the golf course

check in was a breeze, they were even able to accommodate our early check in request
