the a/c on the 5th floor hall was not cooling the swimming pool was green and closed

(-) need to update the golf cart system that takes ppl to and from their cars (+) so many options to be active including golf, walking and bike trails (*) even if not a golfer, rent a cart at the golf shop and cruise the 2,500-acre grounds at your leisure; stop at (+) also loved the proximity to the walking trails, mini-golf and kiddie beach (-) i would have liked to rent a golf cart but they were already reserved (-)golf carts you do have to drive over

there is no room service covid became an excuse for bad service

the food on site was good but the best was from callaway county store and kitchen

you are made to unload outsude the curb then move your car to a parking lot and no luggage carts available for use
