enjoyed the thermal pool- very relaxing after a round of golf

outdoor swimming pool was a bonus, as was free parking and breakfast

the spa is very nice (but have just one thermal pool) (+) the antique hall of the spa is a beautiful space (-) the showers in the thermal spa deserve some renewal, as they are dark and musty (-)spa - which isn't a spa but more like a medical place (-)have to pay for spa and fitness area: that should be state on the profile (-)booked this hotel specifically to use the spa facilities, but upon arrival, i found out the spa was closed and no one informed me

there is rooftop bar with nice view - on a rainy day you can still enjoy the view from inside

were hoping to have a drink in the hotel bar - but there wasn't really a proper bar, just a limited selection of drinks and an 'honesty'

could do with a large screen tv in the bar to watch sports etc

classic old hotel that is clean with good buffet breakfast. loved it.

wifi worked fine when we checked in at 5pm and until about 10pm, but then everything stopped

the wifi was not good.

those travelling by car, the on-site parking was free and there was also a small pitch and putt golf course and driving range within the grounds

hidden areas between the different wings and separate gardens, a wooded area of hillside, golf facilities and a spa

a small par three golf course was a very positive surprise

my husband enjoyed the golf

adjacent golf course is a 9 hole pitch/ putt that would not meet the expectations of most us players

breakfast was plentiful and very good quality

fruit selection could have been better at breakfast

i really enjoyed the full equipped gym and the spa. really good restaurant with local food.

there have an in - and outdoor pool which is fantastic
