the breakfast was very nice with plenty fruit and cereal coffeee was very good

the spa package is a great deal, with or without getting any extra treatments, and the convenience of

free breakfast nice pool

my only grievance is that the spa access was not included in the price of the room

cleanliness, helpful staff, pool/hot tub at the stratton falls location, funky decor, room

location is great for golf and ski resort and nice small towns near by

hotel is in the perfect location, i could throw a baseball from my parking spot and hit the hall of fame

so easy to walk around. the bed was very comfortable and parking made our trip very enjoyable!

lakefront was breathtaking, the close proximity to everything, the restaurant and bar was great

i loved the most about our bungalow was how clean it was, bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms were very clean and tidy

isn't open 24/7 and even though we hadn't planned on a before 7 checkout, we left about 6 am (kids were up at 5)

i picked the cottage at bayside, as it had 3 bedrooms and a kitchen, right on a lake with boat dock and beach

nothing fancy but bungalow kitchen was well stocked

our kids enjoyed the small arcade and the opportunity to go canoeing

we were very close to leatherneck 18 hole golf course and otsego, 9 hole , both fun courses

really liked the view of the lake, the indoor pool, spa & sauna, the close proximity to downtown cooperstown & surrounding cultural tourist attractions

my kids loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi

the game room was a little outdated and ate some of kids money and wouldn’t work properly

it was quiet and had both indoor and outdoor pools.
