kitchenette is a real kitchenette, not a microwave and a coffee maker, on the university campus,

hot tub / pool are plastic and not tile so easy to use for adults and child with the stairs and bar very close for support

room service does not exist despite being advertised we called multiple times within business

no spray or towels in the gym to wipe down equipment after

booked the wrong location, as i had called in the morning to verify there was heated, underground parking, yet when i arrived there was not

service after 10pm makes you pick it up from the bar downstairs

found 2 life bugs in the air conditioner in one of the rooms and the kitchen staff told me that the apples served at breakfast were washed, when they weren't

the ac was on the floor which is a little dangerous when you have kids
