the sauna and jaccuzi wasn't working and some of the gym equipment wasn't working, despite me telling them: they didn't reply or fix it so i should of

spa is not up to european standards in terms of tranquility and decor, but massage was good, they

spa and fitness center were closed and apparently have been for a while

room service and most reception staff were not helpful. breakfast was mediocre

parking attendant tried to steal from my motorcycle top box as i was checking in
