enjoyed the pool

i didn’t get a bed cover for the sofa bed where my kids slept

no beach towels available, couldn't use gym for renovations, try to extend but doubles were no longer

the gym and the swimming pool were in so amazing place

i had my two kids with me and they enjoyed the beach view

every thing. close to the lirr--- good parking, doorman service...quiet room....

the manger was treble they asked for $50 for early check in

spa was disappointing- i had a scalp massage and foot massage and it was mediocre, i expected

the spa worked with us to the fullest to get us ready

there was also plenty of parking for my car

the complimentary breakfast was delicious

nice breakfast served by another excellent staff member

in this time of covid having a kitchen was very helpful

had a suite that had a terrace that leads to the pool

loved the setting of the rooms most of all that it had a mini kitchen on it with things i needed to

to the corona virus, i decided to book a suite here so that my daughter and i can lounge by the pool

pool closes early.

the pool was very cold i called three times to have them turn the heat on in the pool and it was never

laundry room out of order ( necessary for us as a family of 4 with an infant )

kitchen area was tired and let down the overall impression of the room, but was not an issue

though breakfast was included- i think the cereal seemed a little stale

ordered room service for 8:15 and they woke us up at 6:15 in error

and the worker there are negative people and they were bothering me and my kids
