i like that there was a laundry facility and microwave available

wifi reception, on and off day and night; tv in room worked intermittently; kitchen/laundry area had no stove/oven, only microwave and not well maintained; notably, another presumed

there is no elevator to the second floor which makes it harder for families with kids and i can imagine also for people with disabilities

of the day for gay couples which occupied most of the swimming pool which is not suitable for kids and wasn't pleasant for most guests - that kind of events should be organized as private

since ca is fully re-opened, the hotel served hot breakfast, and the pool & gym were open

room terrible, the soap bar was used no body wash and conditioner nothing around the toilet smell so bad

only thing i wish was there, was a grab bar to hold on to while getting in and out of the shower

this is an absolutely clean and comfortable hotel. the perfect breakfast.
