room feel, shuttle service, tennis court, gym,pools, jacuzzi

items which need to be improved if you ask 400+ a night -the gym was tiny, dark and there was a personal trainer in there who was working with outside clients

the shuttle drivers were helpful as well

wish the shuttle had a longer route and had more options on where to be dropped off

did not like anything except the hotel shuttle should be able to take us to the airport

i know it is not part of the hotel but the girl who was bar manager was just so rude and ignorant towards my sister we were all appalled
