i was travelling alone with my motorbike and so took advantage of the secure parking, which is a garage with a remote entry fob for easy access about 100 yards away

location, plenty of parking, superb restaurant open on a monday night (always a challenge in france) and a lovely big (+) private off street parking outside the room

the positivity and the warm good morning we all received this morning from the young guy at the breakfast deserved my

the view from the terrasse is amazing and we enjoyed the pool after a long drive

we enjoyed our cognac aperitifs, the lovely little pool and over all had a great two day break on our way to spain on our motorcycle

we did not try out the pool or sauna but alain was kind enough to share the gym equipment

a very convenient hotel for cognac visits and a nice swimming pool.

good location in centre of town, plenty of free parking around

breakfast with plenty of choice central location and easy parking on the street nearby friendly and welcoming, we were very hot when we arrived in a heatwave

only a stones throw from the start of the town centre and free parking just around the

private parking and a clean and comfortable room

there are a couple of other rooms and you have access to a lovely rooftop terrace and kitchen, so you have somewhere nice to relax if you don t want to go out

there was a very well equipped kitchen for our use

on the way check out the indigo bar at the martell factory, it s rooftop terrace gives fabulous views of cognac

we also had access to a kitchen to make our own drinks and snacks

there is a lovely terrace with comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen for your use during your stay

wifi signal did not stretch to our room, and was a very slow connection

an improvement in that the wifi is now allowing 2 devices per room

wifi in the room only one user at a time, these days more or less everyone has a phone with them

the bar at the hotel stocked great cognac options for a late night cap for great prices

we went to bar on our return to hotel no red wine in the bar.

the wifi was good and allowed us to check emails and listen to radio caroline on their internet

clean rooms, nice decor, good breakfast.

both hot and cold food was available at breakfast - literally something for every taste

we liked the room off the courtyard & being able to have breakfast outside in the morning.

invited friends to the hotel bar for drinks and food

reception staff were very welcoming and the bar area downstairs was lovely

waiting staff were quite slow and no one checked around the pool to see if people wanted drinks/food

the food was delicious and with the exception of the pool food was good

weather was not at its best so we didn t get to try the walks, or enjoy the garden or outdoor pool - it s a great reason to return

the grounds were lovely and we made use of the pool briefly
