receiving an email about the pool was nice although came after the deadline passed for cancellation

asked for room on first floor and it wasn’t “available”, pool is advertised but the past 4 times we stayed it has not been open

advertised an indoor pool and this was not available during our stay either

only thing is no biscuits any gravy for breakfast but they had a very nice variety of other
