wifi and electricity situation whch the electricity they couldnt directly fix

breakfast was very good. wifi worked very well. very good value overall

spotty wifi, location not well known to taxi, restaurant cooking took a long time.

and food in general, quality of the room, noise, bad location, energy and wifi blackout,

weekend can be little noisy because of the bar in the same hotel the area around the hotel is not safe at night extra care should be taken

i stayed in room 207 and behind the room their is a private bar and on 1st august the music from the bar was so loud from 6pm to next day 7am and i was not

of georgetown comfortable with on site restaurant & bar super friendly staff helped my colleague recover his wallet from a taxi

on weekends, when the room is on the south side, there is lots of nuisance from the music from a bar next doors

the bistro restaurant and bar downstairs is amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful

breakfast was great, it was already prepackaged and very sanitary. each morning was different

size of the room was big, full kitchen, out door varonda/porch seating area and view

love this establishment the only thing is the suites on pear street kitchens need upgrading seriously

breakfast on sunday was excellent. everything i expected peperpot, fresh fish, homemade bread

kitchen appliances were dirty

clean rooms, good bed, good gym. some staff very friendly, others very not.

the wifi needs to be great and not ok

staff, great wifi, stay in one of the new rooms if possible for the most comfort, appreciated the late check out

the wifi kept dropping. the bed was a little too soft for my liking.

front desk on special request arranged for me to have a meeting with my clients & provided wifi & refreshments in the business center, i could actually use it as my office

the internet speed was quite slow and the wifi a bit weak in signal strength

poor wifi...asked for extra sheets didnt it until 2 hrs after.

the wifi was not strong at all. this may take away from your stay based on the type of traveler.

did not find service at the bar located near the pool, internet got disconnected a few times

the buffet breakfast could have been better

think the breakfast needs to be improve, herbal tea, local fruit juice and fruit and vegetarian option

something was wrong with the filter in the pool so we couldn’t get to use it. but next time!
