poor wifi

wifi wasn't working either

wifi is good everywhere on the property even on the beach

wifi staff at restaurants just ok lattes not available poor signage around facility two kayaks for

the wifi was weak - perhaps too many guests using simultaneously?

pool water was to warm. the continental breakfast items need to be kept on ice while out.

clean, cool, big room with a kitchen, two pools, many trees, quite, close to the beach

the living room and kitchen was great too and i loved that there was a door we could close off to the stairs

mariana, martha and norma were awesome! warm pool was fantastic. very private and nice location.

also, there is no wifi in the rooms and finally, staff not up to par with similar resorts

with incredible views, and the chocolate truffles they leave you during turndown service :) the wifi was super fast, which was helpful

it's quite expensive for what you get, cleaning could be improved, no wifi in rooms
