the kitchen is great and they even had ice trays in the freezer to make our own ice to use in our water

wifi bad & weak tv remote not working

forgot my toothbrush and they happily gave me a spare, the wifi worked well, and the room was spacious

could not connect my laptop to the wifi but for only very short periods and not every day

parking area was filthy, couldn't get promised wifi, breakfast was short on supply, everytime we'd leave the room we would have to get a new key

the ppl next to me and asked for another room they were just loud and screaming they had little kids

of cigarette from just walking in, hallways, rooms everything smell like pure cigarette and my kids were coughing the whole night

other people kept interrupting my sleep and kids yelling hitting doors walls

room was clean and well stocked, a few things were miasing from the kitchen but had a great stay over

fitness room is open and limited to 2 ppl at a time

it does depend on how the customer above you heavy walks :-) spa is in another house
