the most annoying thing about my stay was the fact that the wifi did not work at all

wifi was a bit iffy at times. coffee maker didn't work properly.

laundry room only had a 2 washers and 2 dryers with no indication how long a wash would take

caulking in the bath was in need of repair and the kids in the hotel were noisy and monopolized the pool and hot tub

high school kids running up and down the halls early morning hours.

facilities were good apart from laundry room. staff helpful. a standard best western.
