we love the location right on the toftrees golf course, very scenic, quiet and peaceful area

in late november, with golfers gone, golf course behind the hotel made an excellent spot for a walk to work out the kinks

bed was nice and firm; shuttle to town was bonus. kids enjoyed pool.

hallways and elevators; but they were there for a hockey weekend tournament and that's just what kids do, so not really your fault and after 10pm things eventually quieted down

super quiet area even though there's a bowing alley and sports bar on the other side of the building

the entire lobby level was off limits due to major renovation so no gym, no restaurant, and there was a ton of noise when we checked in

if i had to be picky water in gym wasn’t drinkable

i don’t think the gym should be marketed online if it’s not actually ready

not much counter space in the bathroom, so we kept our toiletries on the kitchen counter

you needed to sign up for the wifi and we still couldn't get it to work

desk staff was cheerful and had speedy answers - fixed my phone not connecting to wifi and showed me location of first floor microwave for making hot tea

also, i was hoping to get some work done, but could not connect my phone or laptop to the wifi
