hotel employee did a late check out for us

our room was worn, complimentary items in bathroom all mismatched, loud kids running the halls

beds were not comfortable, the hot tub did not work and it was full of kids that were not staying at the hotel

very clean, nice breakfast

i didn’t like to creepy walk to the pool next door

loved the size of our room. bed was comfy. like the breakfast. good experience of all.

guests have access to the crown plaza pool & sauna next door which was a great plus

we needed - full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, tv, desk, comfortable queen bed, and wifi access

the kitchenette was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils

desk personnel was excellent and very accommodating, the room was excellent and we could do laundry for free

staff was excellent, free laundry was a definite plus as was the 24 hour gym access!

to go to a machine and charge it to your room also you can cook it because there is a whole kitchen i love this hotel i will stay here every chance i

breakfast gets boring after a few days.

also pool was not fully functional, sucked because i specifically booked a hotel with a pool

the only thing i didn't like was the 1hr per day pool/hot tub restriction.

great breakfast, staff was doing good job of keeping the excellent hot food prepared and stocked

we were able to have a hot breakfast even amid all of the pandemic restrictions!

also the sweet girl who ran the breakfast room checked on us while eating and cleared our table

although i’m not a breakfast eater, they were making hot and custom order breakfast sandwiches to go

the amount of memorabilia around is awesome! the staff was great! no pet fee!

deluxe suite was very comfortable and would recommend this as a place to stay, great bar curve inn

and so friendly staff and amazing location and we will be back to stay my girls loved the outside pool

the bar and restaurant is great with fantastic staff only too happy to talk about and give advice/tips

near historical sites walking distance very servcable and good value not a lot of 'frills' - pool excercise room restaurant -- that increase cost
