the pool was closed!

that it was avalable for me for early check in.

i switched rooms because there was obviously a family living right across the hall with screaming kids and a whining dog

kids were yelling and stomping above us at 1:30 am and continued even though we called

the staff was friendly the gym was very nice the room was very pleasant

staff very polite and helpful, especially the guy in the bar and the chef

gym how close it was to work for me i work out of town i will be a double tree member for

room ,staff, restaurant with fantastic menu, excellent gym with a peloton bike, weights, stretching, nice access to outdoor light and water in that gym

staff, spacious clean facility( great am coffee), excellent dining , really appreciate the gym facilities with peloton bile & outdoor pool

the big size of the room, the laundry, and the very perfect kitchen facilities

great conditions, clean,looks pretty new, nice structure and design, is pretty much like a condo, kitchen, big refrigerator, microwave, wash disher,utensils, pans, coffee maker, etc

the room was large and had a kitchenette, and the staff was superb and so was the breakfast

free breakfast, free wifi though it wasn't working the first night and family friendly atmosphere

letting there kids run and jump in pool getto people non parent at pool 12 kids under the age of 14 with i adult

the staff was super nice and helpful and the breakfast had a nice variety of different foods so there was a good amount to choose from

i had to rewash feet and carry my kids to bed

they have young families that stay there i’m not sure if they are homeless or what but when the kids are jumping off the bed and running pounding on the floor above you this going on for hours

staff were genuinely friendly and attentive and the on site gym was an absolute bonus - really spacious and well equipped

it has a mini bar in the lobby

there were some pool issues so the soccer kids were not able to swim.

bar tender poorly trained, did not have my beer (stella) of choice and informed me

it has a pool and ice machine that both work!

laundry or breakfast since the new owners took over

please keep the laundry room and microwave clean

pool is clean and not freezing cold

key card consistently had to be reprogrammed and the pool gate entrance key swipe doesn’t work so u have to ask someone to open it up if not got to

also, apparently the wifi isn't free, it requires membership in hilton honors

the dirty bathroom in the pool area the dirty dishes in the room lazy workers

have gloves on, but, with those same gloves she carried the coffee pot from the guest area to the kitchen to refill it

this room had a kitchenette, with a dishwasher

bathroom is beautiful, the pool was just right in temperature, and the coffee was excellent, not to mention the breakfast

we weren t able to access the wifi throughout our stay

quiet room, centrally located, excellent service, comfortable bed, free wifi, and free parking

clean and comfortable room. good wifi and amenities. helpful staff.

the halls and other guests were loud very late the wifi didnt work and no food service at all

also, for future reference, the hotel may want to stock up on quarters, laundry detergent and dryer sheets

pool closes early 10 pm would be better.

noisy water pipes, constant none guest ( homeless people) coming in and out sing the laundry room

breakfast is limited and simple but always with healthier options, like greek yogurt or egg whites

had a kitchenette stocked with tableware

modern and clean, happy hour and the gym and pool also the complimentary breakfast very tasty food

clean, great staff...great breakfast and the beds are so comfortable

bathroom is spacious also room with full kitchen

of toiletries, large screen tv with lots of choices, very friendly staff, delicious variety of breakfast items, great hot tub

breakfast was very good as well with several options for a breakfast meal

i needed to do laundry and they had a really nice laundry room on my floor

more non pork choices for breakfast.
