disappointed that the pool was not heated

beautiful grounds with two swimming pools and nice areas to explore

area had a tv for sports ,two hot tubs and a slide at the pool,laundry room a plus and microwaves on the property

well-equipped quarters with a full kitchen and a washing machine

for a our room but on checking in was surprised to be located with a balcony that outlooked the laundry and trash dumpsters (and the smell)

resort has contrasting views of black lava rock which is softened by aqua blue seas and green golf courses

the staff was so friendly and the property was clean and had a great beach and adult pool

was amazing: pu, marlin, justin, the sushi chef, angie the massage therapist, skylar at spa reception- these folks made the experience so great and unforgettable

the shuttles that can take you to the fairmont, the shops (with grocery), and the gym/spa was very convenient (+)with golf fields, its own beach and pool area, extensive areas for work out or walking, a great gym with swimming pool and tennis courts (+)i like the location, staff and the facilities like the gym, pool and beach.
