shower was cold sign says restaurant and bar and front desk said it hasn't been open for 2 years

loved being able to do our laundry before heading home with the laundry room there

we have two small kids so it was nice to have the indoor pool during rainy or chilly days

the kitchenette was impressive, even though i only used the refrigerator, i definitely have a plan to

we love the indoor pool and the on-site restaurant is one of the best breakfasts on the island

and with 2 little kids i would have liked to have had the room swept or vacuumed at least once during the stay

the kids love the pools, going from 1 foot pool to a 3 feet pool then to a 3-6 feet pool

however, the woman in the laundry facility claimed they had never had an issue before and insinuated that we brought them

laundry facilities and large room was also clean

and the laundry guy was always there to get us fresh towels every morning

price, i was allowed a late check out. definitely cudnt beat the price. great location.

the location was great, the track was across the street and mini golf beside it

only thing was we had kids above us and they made a lot of noise

they let our kids enjoy the pool as late as they wanted.

anyways i traveled with 3 kids and if we ever go back i’ll definitely book this hotel again

ofcourse if people were more mindful of the other guest and wouldn't leave thier laundry in there it would probably be

also i had to go back to front desk to ask for wifi password because the employee forgot to put on the key packet was too busy to answer the phone

the wifi was not working nor the ice machine. the ice was fixed promptly.

wifi doesn't work and hotel wouldn't do anything to fix it or sort it, just it's on their to do

someone banging in the next room and kids running up and down the hall made it pretty hard to get to sleep

needs updating, the laundry was out of order, room wasn’t the cleanest

with a dog; one of the men took a handkerchief off the dog and washed it in the pool while my kids were inside

the beds were so comfy, and the pool was also nice and clean

we enjoyed breakfast by the pool in the quiet courtyard

they had complimentary bar where we fixed a whiskey and wine for a break and great free breakfast next morning

the indoor pool was my kids favorite part
