(+) the pool, the gated parking, and a very nice breakfast in the terrace were much appreciated, which made (+)warm welcome and a wonderful breakfast served in the garden. superb pool. (+) we arrived and our kids immediately jumped in the pool

easy to find right next to the church secure parking in front of the house (inside secure gates) secure garden very pet friendly and the hosts (+) the pool, the gated parking, and a very nice breakfast in the terrace were much appreciated, which made our stay very (+) private parking and pet friendly

we were in an accessible room which had direct access to a disabled parking space, if needed, and easy

the place basted on the french customer service moto “the client is always wrong” closed the bar early and said it was because no one was in the bar

it fullfilled that role well having parking and a bar for a quick shandy on our arrival

it wasn't late, but the hotel bar was closed

i also could wash and dry my clothes in the laundry room that they share with another hotel

good price, 10 minute walk to the town for drinks and food after a long day driving safe secure parking

very helpful staff, secure parking and a great breakfast.

beds were super comfy and the secure parking was less than 100yds away

we stayed here to break the journey on a trip to spain - we slept well and were refreshed for our drive the next day

the staff working evening shift at the hotel terrace bar were terrible, took them 45 minutes to take our order and 30 more minutes to serve our drinks,

spa was fantastic

more info on the spa which we didn t use.

the terrace bar was great and shaded from the evening sun, which was a bonus on my visit

reception area was too big and not very welcoming. the music from the bar area was far too loud.

the breakfast, considering the period of covid was quite complete

sufficient but slightly limited variety in the buffet breakfast.

bed was excellent, so was breakfast and the staff are kind and helpful

based on the guest i saw it's more a hotel for older people who want spa treatment for weeks

is a hotel that caters mainly for long staying customers who are making use of their excellent spa treatments

all facilities were good and plenty equipment in the kitchen

are very well designed and managed, and being intended largely for users of the thermal spa facilities have a very quiet and elderly clientele

impeccable room and bathroom, with very high ceiling, very good wifi

kitchenette and adjoining room - perfect for family

the location, chateau, rooms and quiet are just lovely and there is amble onsite parking.
