we booked the hampton inn brookhaven because it had a pool, and we needed something for our kids to do during the day

i chose this hotel bc of pool for kids

however the pillows that my kids slept on had stains on them

work, i had to go to the front desk to get someone to come get my a/c to work and i had ask for a late check out and the lady at the desk told me ok at noon and she didn’t make a note of it so i
