spacious with comfortable bed and good breakfast

front office where you eat breakfast was very small

more floor space for the breakfast area

wifi is kinda slow which was expected since it was free and there s no kitchen if you re

clean, simple, good bed, hot water, wifi, mini fridge, microwave, grab and go breakfast

owners were nice , good value, wifi was nice and location was great.

parking for trucks with trailers

the exterior paint looked new and the parking lot was free of trash

room was quite comfortable, pool was lovely (which was a big deal to my daughter), and staff was both helpful and friendly

bicycle ride across missouri and they did everything possible to make our stay amazing including early check in, breakfast opened at 5:00 am and

pool could have been warmer. to cold for us to swim in. also need life jackets for smaller kids.
