excellent wifi and ability to cast to the telly

wifi signal was poor in room and only 3g. wasn t able to get 5g either. mattress was too hard.

arrived , we ordered dessert to the room and it took nearly and hour and a half to arrive , the wifi on the tv didn't work so we couldn't cast anything from our phones to it

wifi was down.

i don't think the wifi covered the spa and pool area in the past, while it works great now

travelled from galway stayed sunday 28th july,watched the hurling matches in the bar had lunch there delicious food

breakfast was average.

liked the staff, breakfast, extra credit to michael mark and ben for extra attention

and welcoming, we were staying one night for a wedding nearby and had contacted the hotel for an early check in, girl emailed me back and they said they would do their best depending on check outs

breakfast was standard irish buffet style. staff were friendly and quick.

had bad weather so the lack of leisure facilities or swimming pool made it difficult to entertain kids

breakfast was also really good for a buffet style breakfast with loads of choice and the kids loved the pancake maker

inconvenient with pre-teen kids, probably problematic with younger kids

the bar person said they didnt have that ingredients, so between him and the bar manager they agreed to

the breakfast was outstanding each morning.. the staff were amazing.

and bath room and bathroom were spotless entertainment in the bar that evening was excellent breakfast was

hotel room was very spacious and ideal for travelling with kids

the only thing was the wifi reception. it was very hit & miss.
