the gym in the basement was first rate

the gym is a lovely touch but it’s all very rundown

$30 early check in seemed a lot but i'm not sure if that's typical for ither

friendly staff, lovely outdoor area, with clean pool.

property, pool and room was very clean, staff and management were very helpful friendly and acvomodating

the property was well kept. the pool was awesome.

garden/pool area was the only nice part, but we didn't have a use for it personally

was quiet at night close to downtown laconia and gunstock has a pool and

the on site laundry was good, a bonus as we are travelling for a while.

unfortunately for medical reason the innkeeper was not able to offer her traditional breakfast (which i read is divine), but we were still met with home made cake and freshly brewed

so happy they were able to accommodate our early check in to get ready for a wedding

road junction the hotel generally is a bit tired and in need of some maintenance, especially the spa at $800 for a room in the main hotel with no breakfast, it is over

lakehouse grill for a drink at the bar for the view is good if you can get a seat because half of it was closed because of lack of

the amenties, location and gorgeous hot tub/pool practically on the water

pool.hot tubs restaurant on site on lake location just perfect.

pool is amazing in church landing.
