the rooms were quite spacious and clean; we enjoyed the division of pool areas (adult only vs

out was at 12pm considering how pricey it is staying less than 24 hours there especially having kids with you

5 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen and private patio

pools were gorgeous but a bit cold, hot tubs were great. was good to have laundry in unit.

condo's were very spacious and our view of the golf course area was amazing

family friendly. pools with slides. comfortable suites.

handy shuttle to main hilton complex--stores, shops, market, fun places to go

free access to the pools and beach at waikoloa village with convenient shuttle or free self parking

didn't like how dirty the pool was, but then again it was very windy

activity pool needed to be skimmed. it was not clean.

only swim in ocean pool as sea to rocky not much place to do long walks really expensive if compare to what you get on

to maldives ,a private island in philippines and thailand and we feel for a comparable price that breakfast could be included in this expensive rate at four seasons

resort has contrasting views of black lava rock which is softened by aqua blue seas and green golf courses

one option for breakfast and its crowded and takes away from the exclusiveness of what a four seasons property

no matter how many times i asked, i couldn't get a bed. excellent golf course maintenance.

location, good facilities - pool and hot tub

the kitchen was well stocked (all the appliances worked, nice array of utensils, dishes, etc

helpful staff, comfortable spacious rooms, good kitchen

pool and hot tub pleasant and not over-crowded

we especially loved the pool right by the oceanside and the lanai

the gym was lacking however, all cardio equipment and no weights or machines

gave us floor level and close to the pool because we had the kids, it just made it so convenient

the gym is quite small, while the rooms are huge

the furnishings were great, the kitchen better than our own, the balcony had a (golf course + nature) view, and everything was clean, new and worked

were on the 3rd floor with great views out to the golf course and we could even see the sunset from our balcony

were not allowed to hang towels/swim suits on the patios outdoors so we had to hang everything on kitchen chairs and door knobs to dry, since the bathrooms didn't have hooks or towel bars

from carpark to the apartments was a bit of a distance but the staff were ready to help with the golf carts which was good

the parking is terrific and units are of good size with laundry facilities

it was quiet and roomy. it had 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths; full kitchen.

they provided laundry detergent too
