breakfast is phenomenal, location very central to the major sullivan county attractions and room

the facility has a playground for kids and the lake to walk around

play room (both adults and kids love it), bouncy room, dancing the night away and delicious drinks at a bar

the first night was ridiculously long, like about an hour and a half and we had 13 hungry kids

parking

parking and lodge at base of property was far from room and communal bathroom was a far walk

to many workers they were paving the parking lot

the king pool also had a cute set up with tons of tables and lounge chairs

they have a game room so we played pool after an amazing dinner at the conover club this time

charming old hotel with a nice bar in a walkable town.
