the parking area and drive of the hotel needed a lot of work

hotel was full was told good luck finding parking

they dont do a good job with clearing snow and ice from their entryway and parking lot.

pool area was too hot to sit and enjoy watching the kids swim

spa was wonderfully hot, breakfast was good, and the bed was very comfortable

pool was great and the water temp. was nice and warm.

during down time she was at the swimming pool preparing the hot tub, she helped get access to the fitness room when our keys didn't work and she had recommendations on where to eat

the hot tub was not working and the indoor heated pool didn’t feel heated.

breakfast sucked, but it was due to covid-19 restrictions, so not much could be done about it,
