easy access to my work location, easy check in, hot breakfast, comfortable bed

checked in room at holiday inn had no working a/c even pool closed the hotel room smelled and it was damp

like if it had a room (larger than breakfast area) for guests who want to entertain a friend and not be in our hotel room
