king suite was very comfortable, the parking is easily accessible

had some issues with the card reader and we had issues getting inside the parking lot a few times

the room we were in (room 21) was right over the restaurant door and pool gate, it stayed busy until about 10 pm

my kids also really enjoyed the indoor heated pool

just a bunch of rooftops, no balcony, parking was scarce when arriving later in evening, and curtains my have been hung wrong and would

interior doors were loud and squeky it made for restless nights with kids

cara at the tiki bar was awesome

perhaps because it was overcast, but there were at least 20 kids in the pool area

many amenities included in the resort (bowling, arcade game room, indoor pool, restaurants etc)

clearer signage for parking, exits, etc.

no water for one of the days, parking and unloading to our room was up 3 flights of cement steps

parking was easy in the garage. view from room was amazing. staff was very friendly.

the pool area was not well kept and the bathroom in the pool area was disgusting with no running and

7:30 breakfast was closed until 7:50 while the lady sat on the sidewalk just a few yards away, pool had so much chlorine that our eyes were on fire, toilet in the pool room was out of order and

wifi u barely got depending on where u were at in room

didn't make out to a bed, the ice machine in the hall way was not working, hot tub was empty, pool house was closed, phone in room didn't work etc

good value for the price, nice size kitchen with large refrigerator. a bathtub is available.

they were of an actual cabin with 2 beds in one of the bedrooms and a real living room and kitchen

excellent kitchen equipments in the cabin

refrigerator and kitchen range, dehumidifier and heater made it a comfortable place to be

we were able to have a late check out which was so helpful
