great pool spa breakfast and amazing satff

i always stay for.the spa tub

there wasn’t anything that could have been better except waking up in time for breakfast lol.

very clean. comfortable, soft but supportive beds. breakfast had several hot and cold options.

area of location did not feel safe in parking lot at dark.

other reviewers complained about the noise, but our room was next to the parking lot and aside from a couple sirens, i didnt hear any road noise

hotel features a nice pool and spa

entire staff from the service desk, breakfast service and cleaning staff were so friendly, welcoming and on point

no silver ware in the kitchen. no cups. no light above the kitchen sink.

where our room was located it wasn't easy to figure out where parking, lobby or where breakfast was being served

the pool was closed for maintenance. our room was not cleaned after our first night's stay.

how to access the hotel from the main road at first try - i had to turn around in the sam's club parking lot

lot of remodeling going on so a little noisy not enough handicap parking
