the parking lot was empty except some really drunk kids running thru the lobby and outside screaming

no refrigerator, no cable tv, no security on the outer doors, the parking lot is full of potholes

it was close to where i needed to be. room was clean,quiet, and it had a pool.

arrived on an early flight and was promptly picked up by shuttle

about, but i do like a place that has a continental breakfast or buffet when traveling with kids

like everything ,the staff, shuttle, restaurant the room and specially the neighborhood we will recommend this

pool was great and it’s nice to have all the restaurants and shops right outside the main lobby

the hot tub pool was broke. and no free breakfast and the shuttle van was not working

the pool and hot tub were nice as well as the gym, they could use updating though

the only thing i didn't like was crossing lanes of traffic to get into the parking lot

also the shuttle took us to the hospital that was nice not having to fight for a parking spot once we got there

due to weather conditions (snow) the parking lots was also maintained well (-)parking was tight,but manageable. (+)was new, clean, well lit parking lot with ample parking (+)off exit parking (-)hard to get out of parking lot with all the traffic almost need a light right there (-)be even more fantastic when the pool is finished in a couple weeks, and the shops open across the parking lot (+)plenty of parking space and easy of access for a 26' moving truck. (+)location was easy to get to. parking was easy. bathroom was a good size. plenty of towels. (-) sheer curtains in a room that was facing parking lot with lights on all night

we loved the new pool and the ice cream place - gorgeous
